Quick answer
Choose a minimum, a maximum and how many numbers you want, then generate. You can also prevent repeats, which is useful for raffles and picking winners. The numbers are generated in your browser and are not sent anywhere. Don't use any web tool as the only record for a prize draw with legal rules.
Random Number Generator
Set a range and press Generate.
Set a minimum and maximum, choose how many numbers you need, and press Generate. Use it for raffles, classroom picks, giveaways, games, sampling or settling who goes first. Numbers are generated in your browser using the Web Crypto API, the same secure random source browsers use for encryption, so results are unpredictable and evenly distributed.
How to use the random number generator
1. Enter the lowest and highest numbers you want (for example 1 and 100). Both ends are included. 2. Choose how many numbers to draw. Tick "No repeats" for raffles or lottery-style draws where each number can only appear once. 3. Optionally sort the results, then press Generate and copy them with one click.
Popular ranges
1 to 10: quick decisions, picking a turn order, or "guess the number" games. 1 to 100: percentages, classroom activities and giveaway entries. 1 to 1000: larger raffles and sampling. 0 to 9: single random digits, for example to build a PIN (for real security, use the password generator instead).
Is it truly random?
Computers generate "pseudo-random" numbers, but the Web Crypto API is a cryptographically secure generator seeded by your operating system, which is good enough for security keys. This tool also avoids "modulo bias", a common mistake that makes some numbers slightly more likely than others in simple generators.
Frequently asked questions
How do I pick a random number between 1 and 100?
Set Min to 1 and Max to 100 (or tap the 1–100 preset), leave "How many" at 1, and press Generate.
Can I generate random numbers without repeats?
Yes. Tick "No repeats" and every number in the result will be different. You cannot ask for more unique numbers than exist in the range.
Can I use this for a giveaway or raffle?
Yes. Give each entry a number, then draw a random number in that range. For transparency, record your screen while you generate the winner.
Is the random number generator free?
Yes, it is free and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to a server.
